Title: Perfect Blue

Without the exploding mutants and robotic high school babes that most Americans
associate with Japanese anime, this film is a taut psychological thriller. At the behest of her agent, Mima leaves both her
moderately successful girl-pop band and her virginal image for an acting gig in a sexy television drama. Her new career and
new look does not please all of her fans, though. She soon finds herself being stalked by a shadowy figure with long hair
and bad teeth, and she discovers that someone has posted disquietingly intimate details about her private life on the web.
Later, the architects of her new image, a photographer and screenwriter, are found stabbed to death. But what unnerves Mima
most is that she feels increasingly threatened by an evil incarnation of her former pop icon self. Is she being pursued by
an irate Mima impersonator or has she slid into some kind of delusional psychosis?
B's Comments: DIRTY STALKERS !!!!!WOW. this one was all that they said in the review, nothing
that would be out of the ordinary to an average person, just a gal with a large problem on her hand. Conflict with her dreams
and her reality struggling to find which she wants to prusue. Well, all I have to say is I am sorry Mima, sheesh, this gal
goes through alot, mind twisting. I really had fun with it, a little scary to. The blood seems so real. Not, to mention the
ending was mind bending. Not a waste of money.

Descrpition: As ES Force Members, Éclair and Lumiere
are used to tracking and arresting the intergalactic criminal element. Their latest assignments are no exception. A high speed
reactor capable of turning an ordinary human into a super being has been stolen. To make matters worse, the two heroes get
caught up in a terrible battle for supremacy between rival gangs that threaten the lives of innocent children. The only chance
for survival may be through help of their greatest rivals…and fellow ES Force comrades.
B's Comments: This series was not that bad the animation was really well done and
the characters were likeable. I fell in love with one of the teams consisting of a small pink haired girl (can't
remeber the name right now) and a tall blue haired guy I think named Cerio, they are really cute seeing as when they latch
hands they become almost unstoppable and the fact that the are having a hard time (well Cerio is anyways) on convincing the
small girl that Chinese is the best food. Anyhoo, this is again a pretty good anime, good to just sit down and watch. ^^

Ah Megami-sama (Oh, My Goddess) the movie...
Genre: Romance/ action/ fantasy
This is definatly a good counter part to it's
funny and greatly animated series, seeing the plot go and unfold only made it better, from the past of Belldandy and
her old tutor, to her present day situation the movie seemed to give great suspense to what was to come next. Keiichi was
Kawii as usual taking the normal sweet/shy guy mode he usually does, and then becoming somthing more to save his favorite
goddess. Urd was good to her usual mischivious self trying to see that everything is to be shifted around^^ ~ you go girl!~.
No, one could forget Skuld as well as she is so adorable especially when making the pout as all of us girls do at one time
or another. I also enjoyed greatly to see Peorth in this one as well as high commander.

Revolutionary girl: Utena the movie
Genre: Romance/ action
Story line: Utena has gotten herself into somthing
she wishes ( at times) that she had never gotten into in the first place, but after seeingAnthy Himemiya getting hit around
by Saionji, she had to do somthing; from fencing her way to the top and even turning into a vehicle (no lie!) Utena
does end up to prevail over the odds.
Utena is now going to a new futeristic version of her Ohitori acadamy, thinking that she must become a prince (duh, read
the manga.), cutting her hair to look like a boy, at first we see her flirting with a girl ( yes, I know messed up.), but
that is the way it goes. ok, she finds out from around the school that there is a commity of people among the students among
them (Jury, Touga ect.), she becomes part of this 'club', by picking up the ring inside of a rose, which apears to her. Her
past starts to rush up on her, flashbacks coming through, while her bride as one a few scenes in has a hidden past of her
own, Himemiya (a.k.a Anthy) is a very whole different person than she seems to be, 'weird' and seductive, and a murderer?
While people in the back round of the story such as Miki getting bumped off by his twin Kozue. Touga sleeping with Shiori.
Jury fighting with the others to fence for Anthy so as to get to the 'real world'. Ok, I have not reviewed
in a long time so, finally I got up from behind my homework and got to the terebi (television) to watch somthing. Let me just
say, very interesting choice(ahem...). May I suggest that if you have seen or read the normal storlines of the episodes, forget
them! So do not get me wrong the animation was great, but there was pretty much no sense to the whole thing *-* (very confusing?).
Now, since I have read some of the manga( see manga reviews to right), I was a little suprised at Himemiya's performance,
for she is usually a quite, sweet, love note writing( to Saionji) Himemiya. Not, jump into bed with the winner, kiss for the
power everytime I can, let's take off our clothes and paint eachother, Himemiya! This was supposed to be an alternate
universe, so that is fine. Some people say whore and even though loathing the word with vengence at some parts I must agree.
I mean it looks a little bad, ok, finding this a little disturbing, for I thought that she was supposed to be like that
I mean all I saw was women fencing for her in a tournament, women fighting for the engagment to another women?
I had to go through a few more times, checking everything over, and found out that the movie is actually really good it has
action, adventure, moving chalk boards, jealousy, murder, and when you get to the headmasters daughter as a debu (cow) part
it gets very funny (love Chu!), the shadow girls are also funny, with lines like, high pitched 'moshi-moshi, minna-san!' mo
'Scandueles bidio-tepu arrimasu ka?' ( 'Hello, everyone!' and 'Do you have the scandalous video tape?' are not good things
either they just sound funny in the shadow girls high pitched voices. So if you are in the mood for a brain buster and have
a lot of time (no patients needed), then you will like this movie, but if you do not like time eaters and wish to clean more,
or have a small attention span than watch a movie than I suggest no.

Amazing Nurse Nanako Vol. 1-3
Genre: Comedy/ Hentei
Plot: ????????????Ok, the plot is pretty small well, compared to Nanako's
breasts, It is about a guy named Dr. Ogami, who is extremly bright, and has a plan to build the perfect war machine the Venus
2000(goddess of love/beauty?). His only problem though is that he must find the 'perfect' body and take her brain. So, he
finds Nanako and makes her train everyday ( you know like Vegeta training someone, with no mercy.^^)
Nanako, pretty much is an advanced sense set of 16 year Usagi ( Sailor
Moon) with her whining and carrying on, falling down on her butt and tumbling into thingsbut there is one BIG difference.
Now, Nanako also has a very cute side to her, having been cloned ( have to watch), for every year when she comes to the age
of 22 she dies, so after Dr. Ogami (Vegeta complex) decides to keep her around, not by choice, because she blows up the
machine, starting to like her as she starts to grow up a little more throught the show (character development). This show
is pretty funny, you know the kind of funny if a bunch of guys are in the room and they start laughing because... ahem.
Ah, me Kami-Sama very different? Oh, yes that is right my
cousin ( pervert) said since I liked anime that I would like these. Let me just say that this was the understatment of the
decade! First this woman (Nanako) has the largest breasts I have ever seen in my life! I mean if the people who sued the matel
company for Barbie, believe me if they saw this anime they would have a field day. Alright throughout the entire three DVD's
Nanako does show a little improvement, and Dr. Ogami is pretty funny, with extremly good animation, and the other characters
surronding the main are pretty funny as well, but it thiugh is not a brain buster and definatly not something for the gertle
wearing gal, but if you wish for your man to get the picture on what you wish to do, just watch, believe me he will get
hot in the middle. Hey, I am being honest!

Title: Sailor Moon SS

Plot: All over the world, children have started to disapear in the middle
of the night! Meanwhile, Chibi-Usa puts her heart into baking cookies for Mamoru, but on the way to give to them to him, she
meets a mysterious boy, Peruru. Chibi -Usa becomes 'friends' with Peruru and gives him her cookies instead. That night, Usagi
and the other Sailor Scouts follow a sleep-walking Chibi-Usa and other children to a strange ship that flies away with them!
With help from Peruru, the Sailor Soldiers chase the ship to the fortress in the sky where the evil Badiyanu awaits....
( Alright, I am telling you right now if you think that I wrote this... ~ B. looks around,thinks, 'yah right'~ ... I
typed it but this is form the back of the box. Like I am that corny.^^)

Manga title: Chobits
Genre: Romance/ Fantasy
Vol.s: 1-8
Hideki Motosuwa (Motosuwa Hideki) is a 19-year-old guy going to cram school so he can
get into Tokyo university. One day his down in the gutter luck changes when he finds Chii, what he thought to be
a persocom, in the trash one night. He begins to take care of her and teach her thingswhen he past starts
to creep up into his present.
This is a total boy meets fantasy and has no idea what to
do with it kind of plot, not that I am saying anything is wrong with that, actually I would say that this whole series was
pretty enteraining and funny, not to mention just plain cute!!! I enjoyed how the main character Hideki is very shy and funny
when it comes to girls. To start off the series he works at a bar and envys ppl with persocoms
(female/male computers). Until one day while he is walking home he comes upon a fairly new model of persocom IN
THE GARBAGE!!! The reason for my outrage at this is that when you see the pop-ups for these things they cost about 99,999
- 120,000 dollars (not yen if that were yen then it would only be a $1,000 for one). That is a bit of mooola. But,
anyways, nice story I would suggest it especially to the gals, I really enjoyed Yuki and Shimbo as well (can't forget
plum either).
